Project Update

Auxiliary supporters have already donated over $10,000 to fund our three standing projects and two of our 2015-16 annual projects. Let's keep the momentum going!

Auxiliary Projects Seeking Funding

Equipping a kinesthetic classroom as a model for our education students is one of this year's projects.

The Ladies' Auxiliary project list totals over $30,000, so there is still much work to be accomplished in providing these materials for MLC professors and students.

The MLC Auxiliary is committed to funding three standing projects each year: scholarships - $3,000, library materials - $1,250, and outreach projects - $2,500.

The other projects are chosen at the Annual Fall Meeting. Since the beginning of the organization, Auxiliary supporters have funded over $600,000 in projects, including projects funded by individual donors!

The deadline for funding this year's project list is June 30. If you would like to help, send a check to MLC Ladies' Auxiliary, 1995 Luther Court, New Ulm MN 56073. You can also contribute online. Spring Meetings Scheduled

Women and men from across Minnesota will gather this spring at various churches to learn more about MLC and the Ladies' Auxiliary.

Attendees will view a video report from MLC President Mark Zarling as well as a thank-you video from an MLC family for the Auxiliary's support of the MLC Food Bank.

In addition to the videos, MLC students in the Urban Ministry program will present information on their immersion trips and the benefits of our urban educational ministry minor.

As always, wonderful fellowship will be shared by all! One attendee commented last year: "I brought two friends with me to the meeting this year! I wish every woman in our congregation could hear about the work that's being done at MLC!"

Auxiliary Annual Meeting a Full Day!

MLC President Mark Zarling shares some time with Annual Meeting attendees.

The 2015 Ladies' Auxiliary National Meeting was held Saturday, October 10.

Based on the theme "Lord, Give Us Your Light," attendees learned about the new programs at MLC, selected new projects for 2015-16, and worked together with other MLC supporters.

A behind-the-scenes MLC Report as well as student entertainment from the fall musical Guys and Dolls highlighted the morning, with workshops and a service in the Chapel of the Christ rounding out the afternoon.

The Annual Meeting for next year will be Saturday, October 15, 2016.

Bingo Night an Annual Favorite!

The MLC Ladies' Auxiliary is once again sponsoring a BINGO Night for all MLC students.

This highly anticipated evening will be Friday, April 1, in the MLC Cafeteria Conference Center.

In addition to snacks, a variety of prize gifts will also be provided by the ladies. The most coveted prizes are the homemade items, such as pies, cookies, and bars. Equally appreciated are the many gift cards donated and purchased through cash donations.
