Greetings!

I have to be honest, this one is not mine. This statement comes from one of my mentors. When he first asked me this question is was like a gut punch. It was so simple....

Are you interested?

Does the thought of success in your field, your life, your relationships interest you? Do you look at the success of others and ponder on what steps they may have taken to get there? Of coarse you do! Those people who are interested are people who are willing to think about what the right actions are. They are willing to put forth some effort toward the goals that they have set for themselves in their minds. The problem is in the previous statement." They are willing to put forth SOME effort". 
The difference between Interested and Committed is that that the interested person will plan their work. They will plan their goals. They will even take the first few steps toward making them happen. The easy steps. 
The committed person will not let anything stand in their way. Although his personality leaves something to be desired, do you think that Donald Trump would allow anything stand in the way of his personal goals? What about your favorite athlete. Did they get where they are by doing what was convenient?
Absolutely not! These are the committed people. They miss parties. They stay at work when everyone else is at home. They work weekends and holidays in an effort to make their dreams a reality.

So are you interested or committed? What level are you willing to go to to make 2013 the best year of your life? Do you have a personal or professional goal that has not yet been realized, and what steps are you taking to make it happen this next year. What about your Body? Are you in the best shape of your life. Your body is the mechanism that makes all things happen in your life. Are you feeding it properly? Or are you carrying around a few extra pounds that are slowing you down?

I know that this is a lot of questions, but they are all important ones.

2012 was a great year for me and my team at KSP. We have broken records in almost every area. This is not an accident. It is the product of planning, hard work, and a World Class Team of Instructors and Administrators.

I can't wait for 2013 because I am not sure exactly what it will bring, but I do know that both myself and my team are COMMITTED to making it our best year ever!
