This client has been physically abused throughout her marriage. Now the client's spouse is refusing to return the children to their mother. Please help this client through her divorce.

This woman, who is on disability, needs help navigating the divorce process. Her husband is represented by an attorney. She is motivated but overwhelmed by trying to handle the case herself.
3. 16-0005514 This 51-year-old client has been taking care of her cousin for six years. The cousin has a severe head injury and cannot take care of himself. She is seeking a guardianship so she can help him with medical issues.
LaBrenda helped a homeless man from Firehouse Shelter get a case against him dismissed. With the case being dismissed, the client is able to start fresh.

Carolynn helped an elderly client return to a home that he owns. The house had been occupied by a tenant that did not own the house or pay rent. The client did not want to put the tenant out on the streets so delayed filing an ejectment in hopes of working out an amicable deal. The tenant has recently turned the keys over to the client and now the client can return to the house.
