Mother of four, who witnessed her child's murder, needs help
This mother of four needs help divorcing her husband who she has been separated from for ten years because she is trying to move on to a better life. The client has been through a lot including witnessing her 19-year-old son being fatally shot in the head and stomach in front of her.  Her son's alleged killer was charged with murder and is awaiting trial.

Additionally, the client's 16-year-old daughter was abused and gave birth when she was 14 years old. The baby is now two. The client's daughter receives no child support for the baby.  The client also has a 21-year-old son by her husband and a 12-year-old son. Although the husband will take the 12-year-old son on weekends, he has never paid child support or contributed to the family's finances. The client lost her job last week and has applied for unemployment. Please email Heather Bussey if you can help.
