Three great clients in need of great attorneys

Please help client get his family home back
When this client was 15 years old, his mother passed away and he went to live with his relatives. He is now 19 and attempted to move back to his mother's home only to find a squatter was living there. Please help this client open the estate so that he can have his family home deeded to him. Contact Katrina Brown for more information or if you are interested in taking this case.

Please help a veteran open an estate
This client and his brother recently lost their father. The father died without a will. The two of them get along and need help opening an estate so they can get a deed to their father's land. Please contact Katrina Brown to help this client.

Please help young mother support her two children
This young mother needs to get a divorce from her husband, who has had run-ins with the police for stealing and refuses to contribute to the support of the family. The client has a full time job but still can't make ends meet and would like to get child support to care for her six-month-old and two-year-old. Please contact Heather Bussey to help this client.

Interested in helping the homeless with legal issues?

As the weather gets colder, area homeless shelters begin to see an increase in residents. The BBVLP holds legal clinics at Pathways and Firehouse shelters every Tuesday. The homeless shelter clinics are a new addition this year and have been a great success so far. This is a unique opportunity to help a very disadvantaged population. Please contact Heather Bussey for more information.

Sign-up to volunteer at a Help Desk

The BBVLP also has volunteer opportunities available at our weekly Civil and Domestic Relations Help Desks. Please click here to sign up.
