Leon Hall assists a client at the Domestic Relations Help Desk

Please sign-up for a two-hour time slot at a Help Desk held every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday or at a legal clinic at Pathway's and Firehouse homeless shelters every Tuesday. Please contact Heather Bussey about helping at a shelter clinic.

Three domestic abuse victims need a divorce
In all three cases, there are pending PFA's in place against each spouse. The only issues are child support and visitation. Please contact Heather Bussey to help these clients.

Blind client needs help with his divorce
Client is afraid that his wife will sell their property and leave him homeless. The client will have to file an emergency petition to restrain his wife from selling the marital property. Please contact Heather Bussey to help this client.

Help a mother defend a custody modification
A mother is defending a custody modification but the ex-spouse is behind in child support. Please contact Heather Bussey to help this client.

Help mother get guardianship over her autistic son
This mother has been the primary caretaker of her son who has autism and is non-verbal. The son's doctors are refusing to speak with the mother because her son is over the age of majority. The mother is in desperate need of a guardianship. Please contact Katrina Brown for more information.
