Volunteer at a Help Desk
The BBVLP holds Help Desks on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. Please sign-up for a two-hour time slot.
Volunters needed at homeless shelter legal clinics

Please contact Heather Bussey if you would like to volunteer at a legal clinic at Pathways. Pathways provides housing and supportive services for 1,200-1,500 women and children annually.  The clinics are on August 4th and 14th from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at Pathways, 409 Richard Arrington Blvd. N. Grandmother of two needs help fighting an eviction
Client has been renting her house since June 2012. Client received an unlawful detainer. After some research, it was discovered that the landlord does not own the property. Grandmother has custody of her two grandchildren and cannot afford to move at this time. Please contact Katrina Brown to help this client.

The client's ex-wife has allegedly been withholding visitation from the client on weekends, holidays, birthdays, and even Father's Day. The client says that the mother has cut off all communication with the father regarding the minor child. The father desperately wants to visit his son.
