Elderly Woman Falsely Accused of Assault Needs Help with Suit against Accuser

The client is a 70-year-old woman in need of help with an upcoming suit. The client's ex-boyfriend filed false charges of assault against her while she was out of town after the she discovered that the ex-boyfriend had been lying about being HIV positive. While successfully fighting the false charges in court, the client exhausted all of her funds and, as a result, is now without gas during the winter. The client needs help with a suit against her ex-boyfriend so that she can recover the money she spent clearing her name.

Mother Needs Power of Attorney over Disabled Daughter and Incapacitated Son

Mother is in desperate need of Power of Attorney for both of her children. Her daughter has Cerebral Palsy and cannot care for herself. The mother's son is currently incapacitated in ICU and not responding. The son has three children of his own that the mother wants to take care of.

Bank won't work with a Client on a Mortgage for his late Mother's House

The client's mother recently passed and the client is her only heir. He and his spouse are living in the mother's house. He has fallen behind on the mortgage and taxes and the bank refuses to work with him on a modification. The client has money to cover his court costs and needs to open the estate.

Client Needs Help with Child Support Modification

The client has been divorced since 2006. The client needs help with a child support modification to ensure he has received all credits due to him from DHR. The client has never received credit for over $24,000 in child support payments. The client does not owe any child support nor has a contempt petition been filed by the ex-wife.

Client Needs Help with Probate Issue

The client was supposed to get his brother's house through his will. However, another brother got title by getting the incapacitated brother to sign over the deed on his deathbed. The client needs to open the estate and get the house that his brother wanted him to have.

Single Mother Needs Help with a Contempt Case Against Ex-Husband

The ex-husband has mental health issues and is not following the requirements in the Final Judgment of Divorce to follow a doctor ordered treatment plan. The mother is fearful of leaving her children with the father while he is not following his medical treatment. She has filed a contempt motion and needs help with next steps.

Mrs. Hardy helped the father settle the case and obtain reasonable child support. Despite losing his job, the father stayed current on his child support while the mother continually denied him visitation.
