HNI Corporation has purchased 181,000 SF of manufacturing/ warehouse space on 12.45 acre lot in Musctaine's profess Industrial Park.  The space is located at 5408 61st Avenue West in Muscatine Iowa.  The buyer and seller were both represented by Charlie Armstrong from NAI Ruhl and Ruhl Commercial Company.
