Important Changes for the 2014 Season!
We are beginning to shift our primary communication method to e-mail in an effort to save on mailing costs and ensure quicker, more effective customer communication. This means we will be sending out renewal letters, scheduling services, contacting customers about their accounts, and more via e-mail.
**Please make sure you add this e-mail address and our main e-mail address turfproinc@sbcglobal.net to your contacts so our e-mails will not be sent to your Junk or Spam folders.
Policy Change:
Effective after January 1, 2014 our policy towards past-due invoices will be changing. Our invoices for service are due as service is rendered as stated on each invoice. As a service to our customers we allow up to 30 days from that date before the invoice is considered past due. By the 30 day mark we have paid for our product cost, our labor cost, and all other costs related to your invoice. We ask that you please make your payments for service promptly. We understand that sometimes this may become a difficulty, if this occurs we ask that you please contact us to make different arrangements. Effective 1/1/2014 A $10.00 late fee will be add to all accounts with a balance over 30 days. Accounts with a past-due balance are subject to be placed with an outside debt collection agency.

Look out for renewal letters!
We'll be sending out renewal letters (via e-mail) in the next few weeks. These renewal letters will include all the services we have scheduled for your lawn next year. Please either call or email us to confirm that we have you scheduled for all the services you want. As always, customers that prepay for the season will receive a 5% discount on a fertilizer program and additional discounts on additional services to improve your lawn & landscape.
