Oktoberfest Fun
Beatrice & Alena

Alena is my 9 year old Norwegian Fjord mare.
She was a superstar at a local Oktoberfest. Alena gave pony rides for the kids and was a steady mount for the accordian player,Swiss friend, Beatrice. The Mare didn't flinch at the cacophony of music or the Schwyzeroergeli in her ears.  The saddle horn kept getting in her way but she enjoyed being back in the saddle after many years. I promised Frau Beatrice that I will use the english saddle next year
