Sing at Clairemont Day at the Bay - Sign up Now!
Fast Times 5K Article Subheading
Clairemont Day at the Bay will be on Saturday, April 12th at De Anza Cove from 7:30am - 3pm. 

Holmes 1st - 4th graders have been invited to sing on stage at 12:45pm. Come support our school! If interested, please return the lower portion of the attached memo to Mr. Valles or the School Office by Monday, April 7th.

Girl Scout Book & Toy Drive - April 8th & 9th
Girl Scout Toy Drive Article Subheading
Girl Scout Troop 3710 (Holmes 5th Graders) are collecting books and toys to make Easter baskets for needy children in the Clairemont community.  Collection Dates: April 8th and 9th at morning drop-off in front of the school.

Family Science Night - Register by April 11th

Our annual Family Science Night "Amazing Space" will be on Thursday, April 24th from 6:30pm - 8pm in the Holmes Auditorium.

 

This event is put on by by the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center and by our parent volunteers. It is sponsored by Holmes PTA, so your cost is ZERO!

Please reserve your space or sign up to volunteer by Friday, April 11th.  Download and return the Science Night Flyer to your child's teacher. 

 

Yearkbook Orders & Photos - Due April 11th

It is time to order your 2013-2014 Holmes Yearbook! The annual yearbook commemorates the school year and features all student class pictures as well as pictures from classroom and school events. 
 
The cost is $26 per book, or $31 if you would like it personalized.  Please return the Yearbook order envelope with your payment to your child's teacher or the School Office by Friday, April 11th.

We still need your photos! Visit www.holmespta.org/yearbook.php to see how easy it is to submit them.

Variety Show Auditions - April 18th

Do you sing? Dance? Have a special talent? Then we want YOU for the Holmes Variety Show! Variety Show auditions will be held during school on Friday, April 18th. Audition forms will be available in the Office beginning Monday, April 7th and must be submitted by Wednesday, April 16th.
