 As a PTA member, you will have the opportunity to adopt the mid-year audit and Elect the PTA Board for the 2014-15 school year. 
Immediately following the meeting, we will have a special guest speaker who will share techniques on how to Bully-Proof our kids.

PARENT LEARNING OPPORTUNITY
The PTA has arranged for a special guest speaker: Tracie Arlington of Play it Safe who will present
"Keep the Power: Be a WINNER". Join us for a sneak-peak of the school-wide assembly coming to Holmes. Later this month, children will learn through role-play to recognize the different types of bullying behaviors. Come learn how you can help support these lessons at home. This is a great opportunity to have an important dialog about something near and dear to all of us - the safety and well-being of our kids!

Your Holmes Kids need you and your new, creative ideas and belief in quality education. Please consider joining the 2014-15 PTA Board! All PTA positions are elected annually and any PTA member is welcome to run for Office. Download the Nominating Committee's recommended candidates. Nominations from the floor will also be accepted at the election.
FREE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE
The YMCA will be providing childcare free of charge from 6pm to 8pm. No reservations are needed. Please check your kids in at Room 18. Be sure to download and turn in the YMCA Medical Form at check in.
