Welcome Back!! The first day of school is on Tuesday, September 3rd. School hours have remained unchanged. We look forward to seeing all students at 9:05am. 
 
Classroom Assignments - Aug 30th

Student classroom assignments will be posted in the school office window on Friday, August 30th at 5:00pm. 
Kindergarten Meet & Greet - Aug 30th  
Kinder Play Learn Grow Article Subheading
Enrolled kindergarteners and their families are encouraged to attend the Kindergarten Meet & Greet on Friday, August 30 from 3pm - 4pm. Please join us in the kindergarten playground area to meet your assigned classroom teacher and learn more about our school programs.

 

Welcome Coffee - Sept 3rd

All Holmes families are invited to enjoy coffee and doughnuts in the Auditorium on Tuesday, Sept 3rd from 9:00 to 9:45am. Come meet members of the PTA Board and learn about many of the incredible PTA-sponsored events that take place throughout the school year.

 

School Supply Donations
School Supply List Article Subheading
We welcome school supply donations by parents in these tight budget times. Each grade level has composed a list of Back to School supplies that will enhance your child's learning experience. 
 
These supplies are not mandatory. We appreciate any and all donations! 

 

Family Friday - Sept 6th

Our first Family Friday of the year will be on Friday, Sept 6th. Parents are invited to meet with Principal, Jonathan Saipe, in the Auditorium at 9:10-9:45am. Come get updates about district and school news. 
 
From 9:45-10:10am parents are invited to their child's classroom to read or participate in a learning activity. The Holmes PTA will provide Starbucks Coffee.

 

Ice Cream Social & Movie Night - Sept 6th

Join us for free ice cream and a family movie to celebrate the start of the new school year. Come out and reconnect with other Holmes families as PTA kicks-off another fabulous school year on Friday, Sept 6th in the Auditorium. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. 

5:30-6:30pm -  Ice Cream Social  movie
6:30-8:30pm -  Movie (TBA)

**All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian. This is not a drop off event.**

Save the Date: Thursday, Sept 19th.

The Holmes PTA will hold their first PTA Association meeting of the year. This will be followed by Back to School Night and our annual Fall Book Fair.

Join Cub Scouts - Sept 12th
Cub Scouting Fun at every turn Article Subheading
Join Cub Scouts and take part in our fun Fall events! 

Cub Scouting offers boys a year-round, family-oriented program that is filled with character-building activities. Cub Scout Pack 299 invites all boys in 1st-5th Grades and their families to learn more about scouting at our first Pack meeting of the school year on Thursday, Sept 12th at 6:30pm in the Holmes Auditorium.
