| Music Class Open House - May 28th & 30th | |
 Article SubheadingParents and family of K-4th Graders are invited to our Music Class Open House. Come see what your child has been learning in music class this year and meet our new music teacher, Kirk Valles. Open Houses will be held during regular music class times on Tuesday, May 28th and Thursday May 30th in Room 18 (YMCA room). Choral Music is funded by the Holmes PTA for grades K-4. |

 Article SubheadingOur annual Variety Show will be held on Friday, May 31st. There will be a day performance for students and an evening show for parents at 6:00pm in the Auditorium. Come see students show off their individual talents from singing and dancing to playing instruments and acting. |

If you have interesting school news or a community event to share with Holmes families, please submit it to our Hawkeye editor, Janette Gradyan at jgradyan@san.rr.com. All students, teachers and parents are welcome to participate in our daily themed activities during the week of June 3rd:
Mustache Monday - Wear a crazy mustache
Twin Tuesday - Dress the same as your buddies
Formal Wednesday - Wear your dress-up clothes
Sports Thursday - Wear your favorite sportswear
Beach Day Friday - Bring your beach chairs, beach toys, towels and snacks! NO soda please.

Cub Scouting offers boys a year-round, family-oriented program that is filled with character-building activities. Holmes Cub Scout Pack 299 invites all boys in K-4th Grades and their families to learn more about scouting at our last Pack meeting of the school year on Thursday, June 6th at 6:30pm in the Holmes Auditorium.

Come get updates about district and school news. From 9:45-10:15am parents are invited to their child's classroom to read or participate in a learning activity.
