The first Family Friday of the year will be on Friday, January 11th. Parents are invited to meet with Principal, Jonathan Saipe, in the auditorium at 9:10-9:45am. Come get updates about district and school news, learn a simple yet effective reading strategy, and have an opportunity to share ideas on how to make Holmes an even better school.
From approximately 9:45-10:15am parents are invited to their child's classroom to read or participate in a learning activity. The Holmes PTA will provide Starbucks Coffee.

PTA members will elect a new Nominating Committee at the January 24th PTA Association meeting. The purpose of the nominating committee is to select the best-qualified people to fill the elected PTA Board positions for 2013-2014.
We need three members and two alternates to make up the committee. All candidates must be PTA members. If interested, please contact the PTA Parliamentarian, Arlyn Engebretson at arlyn.engebretson@holmespta.org.
