The Client Testimonial of the Season

"Overall, the pricing was slightly higher than other quotes we received for the work; however, we have learned the hard way from experience that the quality is more than worth it!!!! Painting in Partnership will be the company we call for any other painting need."

Grand Prize for 2012 Chicago's Painted Ladies Contest

In late October 2012, Painting In Partnership was awarded the Grand Prize for the "Chicago's Finest Painted Ladies And Her Court" contest.

The event was held at Maggiano's in Schaumburg. Mario was also the keynote speaker that evening.

This was the third award we received for that project last year. For more details on the project, click here.

Bringing a 100-Year-Old Oak Banister Back to Life

Earlier last year, a client purchased a beautiful vintage house on Chicago's Gold Coast. In the center of the house was a uniquely designed three-story banister, which had been coated in many layers of paint over time. Being great stewards of their "piece of history" and having ascertained that the banister was made of oak and had originally been stained and varnished, the client gave the go ahead to the stripping of the paint and refinishing of the banister to match the refinished floors. For more details on this revival story, click here.

  dearabbyDear Abby On Pet Safety

In this issue of the PIP newsletter, I am taking a break from my regular duties as Staff Writer on Pet Safety to share with you two pictures of my Holiday adventures. First, as any respectable dog, I get "naughty" at times... well, I also get timeouts! I cannot wait for those to be over with! Please, pretty please! However, because I am such a doll most of the time, I also get giant size treats. Check this out!
