More than just a ''hip flexor'', the iliopsoas is a deeply influential muscle that rules our posture and performance! It's tone and health impacts every single system of the body: digestion, nervous system, respiratory muscular, skeletal, etc. Many aches and pains (back pain, locked hips, even shortness of breath) are linked to imbalances in this key muscle. In this workshop, learn dozens of YTU exercises to help bring functional balance, stability and improved proprioception to this magical muscle.
