As we kick off 2013, many of us have important goals to reach. Our patients at CCFM have consistently shown a dedication and commitment to be the healthiest they can be, and we honor the privilege to work with each person on their personal path to wellness.  

Many of you have received some recent information about a change at our office to help facilitate this partnership with patients. We have made the decision to create a hybrid concierge practice, to provide better access to your health care.  

Dr. Marcela Dominguez is the only provider at CCFM undergoing this transition at this time. The new practice model will officially begin April 16, 2013. Dr. Dominguez states that her practice is overflowing with existing patients who are finding it more challenging to be seen, new patients that come from personal patient referrals continue to join our CCFM patient family, and her continued commitment to provide comprehensive, personalized, accessible care to her patients have all influenced her decision to adopt a concierge style practice.
