Hello,
A New Year! A New Look and a New Format!
Thanks to the many readers who responded to the newsletter survey.
I've taken your feedback into consideration and implemented suggestions and made other improvements.
Also, note our new website "Live, Work, Stay with BillyK."
Aside from my normal missives, the newsletter and website help me better share why it's so great to live, work and stay in the world's best small town.
- Based on survey results, you'll now receive the weekly newsletter on Monday.
- Click the categories at the top ("In Our Community," "Local Events," "City News") to jump directly to that section.
-Local events are now listed by category. You can still view all the colorful posters (now in an easier to read format) with links directly to the website which allows you to easily return to the newsletter.
-Non-profit organizations that want your event poster shared, please send the JPEG by Thursday prior to publication. (No PDFs. Just JPEG format)
-We've also created a space where we will feature interesting and tasteful photographs submitted by readers. This element will be added in upcoming editions! Please submit your favorite photos highlighting life in the Lowcountry and our wonderful hometown.
- We now have a YouTube Channel for "Live, Work, Stay with BillyK" a television show I host on WHHI Television. Clips o timely subjects from each show will be incorporated into the newsletter.
