It's Sale Saturday! Check your favorite vendor's booths for whats on sale this week.

Guess what? You'll never guess so I'm just going to tell you. Good to Go is back! Oh baby! They will have all your favorites: Chocolate Croissants, Bear Claws, Croissants with Brandied Organic Pears & Creme, Spinach & Feta Croissants, Fresh Fruit & Cheese Danish, an assortment of cookies and much more...! Stop by and welcome them back to the Market.

Christie's got bunching garlic. NO it's not a weird tropical disease! It's the first taste of garlic of the year. Chop it up like green onions for your garlic needs. Regularly $2.00 a bunch this; week 2 for $3.00. It's the last week for nettles and miner's lettuce. Oh ya!! Miner's lettuce has a crunchy refreshing taste and you can add it to a salad or put it on
sandwiches like sprouts!! She will also have butterhead, oak leaf and romaine lettuce. I think I hear a salad calling my name.

Nash's special veggie of the week is...drum roll please...cauliflower!! Sweet, over-wintered, and delicious cauliflower can be had for only $3.99/lb!  You can also grab a bag of cauliflower greens to throw in your salad, saute, or stir fry for only $2.50/bag! You'll find a recipe card for new ways to cook this sweet treat at the register!

If you didn't get a chance to try PA Coffee Roasting Co. coffee last week, swing by Andrew's booth this week to do a taste test and pick up some locally roasted, awesome, coffee beans to take home with you. There was such a huge demand last week that Andrew ran out of hot coffee by 11:30, however he promises to have more available this week. I'd still get there early though.

The first Saturday of the month means not only great savings on the market items you love it also means you can have a one on one conversation with the PA City Council. That's right! They have been joining us on the first Saturday of each month for going on 2 years now. They come down so they can meet you and listen to your ideas so if you have something to say, stop by and start by saying "hello".
