Vice President Sales and Operations:

An opportunity for an innovative Building Materials Distribution and Sales Leader. Requiring a unique mix of sales, manufacturing and operational skills, this role will be responsible for transitioning an operationally sound company to a sales first organization. The right professional will be a team builder and dynamic leader known for empowering their team to perform, set measurements, and create accountability. A strong relationship builder who is effective connecting with the team at all levels. A smart distribution leader who has a keen business acumen to overall business strategy with a proven ability to gain consensus from the entire team.
