Over the years, we have found some of the most thought provoking discussions are between peers sharing best practices for dealing with many of the same issues no matter the market they may be from. With this in mind, one of our goals this year is to create opportunities for Industry Leaders to have the same type of open, roundtable discussions throughout the year. To achieve this, we are in the process of developing Leadership Roundtables and/or Mastermind Groups. We are working to build industry peer groups, from non-competitive markets, to learn better ways to approach the same challenges we each face in our businesses.
Put simply, mastermind groups help business leaders help one another by sharing their experience, success, and even their tougher lessons. These discussions amongst peers provide a supportive environment that triggers ideas, offers diverse perspectives, and builds confidence. Members guide one another to make better business decisions and to stay on track. |
