GREETINGS FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL

Please join me in welcoming Virginia Ware to the sixth grade. Virginia joined TGS today and she and her parents Rachel and Andy live in Westminster. We are so pleased they are here and a part of our community.

I hope that you have all had a chance to see our recent video on integrated education at TGS.

This is the first of three videos that highlight our integrated, experiential approach to whole child education at TGS and we hope you enjoy them and share them with your friends.

Between the musical intensives that began this week and the excitement surrounding secondary school acceptances, the Upper School has been buzzing with activity and excitement. While a comprehensive list of school acceptances is forthcoming, we are so proud of our eighth graders and the range of schools to which they have gained admission.

There are two places to view TGS student artwork in the community right now, and I hope you'll take a moment to stop in and notice the great work our young artists have created at Katy's in Putney and Brooks Memorial Library in Brattleboro.

Enjoy these longer days and the start of spring.

Dan
