THE GRAMMAR SCHOOL WEDNESDAY NOTICE

October 15, 2014

GREETINGS FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL

Thank you again to all of you who helped make the Medieval Faire such a success. We will continue to post photos on our TGS Facebook Page, and hope you will continue to enjoy those. We also hope to see many of you on Thursday at 8:30am in the Library for our Medieval Faire Thank You Coffee.

Anton Wozniak, class of 2010, stopped by TGS today for a visit during a break from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, where he is studying aeronautics. After 10 years at TGS, Anton went to Williston Northampton for secondary school before heading to Utah for college. It's alway fun when alums visit TGS and it was great to meet Anton and hear about his TGS experience. He loved TGS and looks back fondly on his rigorous education here, the ample time spent outdoors, and the lifelong relationships he's forged with his classmates and teachers. We look forward to tracking Anton's success and to hearing from many more alums.

We met today with our team from Breadloaf Construction to plot out the strategic Master Plan process and we are excited for all of the fun and important work we will do to create a vision for the physical infrastructure of our campus. In the coming weeks, there will be a survey for community members, as well as a meeting to gather feedback and ideas on the process and eventual outcomes.
