Last call for Street Painting Artists to participate in this Memorial Day Weekend tradition in downtown Riverhead, presented by East End Arts. Street painting artists (14 years of age or older) who register in advance are assigned a sponsored square. There are a limited number of sponsored squares, which are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. There is no fee for street painting artists who register in advance. Chalk and blending materials are provided. This free event draws 5,000 local residents and tourists. Festival fun for the family includes: street painting, live music, theatre, drumming, dance, art demonstration, performances, art sale and exhibit, and so much more!
