Indulge your water world fantasies and create your favorite sea god or goddess costume. Children of all ages are invited to participate: newborn to 100+. All contestants will be invited to march in the opening day Maritime Festival Parade. Preregistration required. Parade starts at 11 AM at Broad Street & Main Street and arrives at Mitchell Park on Front Street at noon.
