TEAM CHECK-IN DETAILS

As you know, we had to move our event from the TM2sign site into AES.  Many of you might think that complicates things for Team Check-In. but we are going to make this as easy as we can. When you come to the GWCC to check in your team and get your wristbands, please note the following:
  1. You are able to present either an AES or Tm2sign roster.  So wherever you have entered your roster, just print it out and bring it with you.
  2. Please make sure your roster is complete first before printing -- no handwritten changes.
  3. Bring your roster to the Team Check In desk located in Hall B, Level 2 Concourse of the GWCC right by the main entrance into the hall.
  4. You will receive wristbands for each player on the team and up to a maximum of 3 staff members.
