Obtaining a Volleyball scholarship from a top program is very competitive. There is certain information coaches and recruiters need to know is credible,true and certified by a third party, before pursuing athletes as a bona fide recruit.

Guest Registration

Avoid waiting in line! Wristbands are required for everyone entering the Capitol Hill Classic. Family, friends, fans of players, teams and coaches must register as guests. Beat the long lines and complete your guest registration online.

To avoid the long lines, pick up your wristbands at the online guest registration booth on FRIDAY between 5:00pm and 8:00pm in the West Registration Lobby in the main entrance of the convention center.

Single day guest registration is $10/day and weekend guest registration is $20. Children 6 and under will receive a free wristband at guest registration. You can use your smartphone, tablet or computer to complete your guest registration at any time of day and from any location! Online guest registration is available here.

Team Check-In

Friday, February 15 4:00 - 8:30pm

LATE TEAM CHECK IN:
Saturday, February 16th from 7:30-10:00am in West Registration Lobby

Teams may be penalized if they are not checked in by 10:00am on the first day of the tournament, even if they play in the afternoon.

No teams will be checked in after 10:00am on the first day of play.

Player & Staff Wristbands:

At Team Check In, the Team Representative is issued wristbands for each player on the roster up to 15 and each staff member up to 3 (can be Coaches, Chaperones, Team Representatives, Managers, etc. or any combination of staff positions but no more than 3). These wristbands are included as part of the Team Registration fee - there is no extra charge for them.

Staff members listed on more than one roster receive only 1 wristband for the event.
All wristbands must be picked up at one time by the person checking in the team.

COACHES REMEMBER to issue your players a wristband before you ask them to meet you inside the playing venue. Players who do not have a wristband will not be allowed into the playing facility.
