Team Glam

Georgia Aquarium

The Georgia Aquarium is offering discounted tickets to A-Town Showdown attendees! Tickets will be $19.95 for Monday - Thursday. Tickets must be purchased online here for the discount.

Important: Sunday Parking Information

The Atlanta Falcons are heading to the playoffs on Sunday during the

A-Town Showdown tournament. Therefore, all A-Town Showdown attendees should park at the Yellow Lot (directions here). You will need to park in either the Yellow Lot or the Marshaling Yard which are side by side ($20/vehicle on game day). We will run 30-passenger shuttles (we will have two in operation) from the designated stop and into Hall B4 at the lobby door where you can go up the escalator to get a ticket for the event.

Parking permits are available online for $20 per vehicle in the Yellow Lot/Marshaling Yard here. From this link, click on the Online Parking Permits icon and follow the prompts for purchasing a pass for A-Town Showdown.

There may be a wait for the shuttle since they only accommodate 30 people at a time. If you choose to walk, please enter Building C and walk around to Building B (20 minute walk). The lots will sell out by noon or earlier so if you are part of the PM wave, please plan accordingly.

The Red Deck is the best place to park on Saturday and Monday.

Guest Registration

All family, friends and fans must register as guests. Registered guests will receive either a One Day Registration for $10 per day or a Weekend Guest Registration wristband for $20. A One Day Registration is valid only for the day on which it is picked up. Guests younger than 6 must register, but are free of charge.

Guest registration can be completed online here or at the GWCC in the Hall B5 Lobby. On site registration will begin on Friday from 5:00pm - 8:00 pm and resume each day at 7:00 am in Hall B5.

REGISTRATION FOR PLAYERS AND COACHES:
Player and coach registration is part of team check in. Wristbands will be distributed to teams at check in. Players and coaches will receive registration wristbands and will need to show their wristband to enter the hall.

Everyone entering the convention center must have a wristband or he/she will not be allowed into the facility.

Team Check-In Procedures

REGULAR TEAM CHECK IN:
Friday, January 18 4:00 - 8:30pm
Hall B5

LATE TEAM CHECK IN:
Saturday, January 19 7:30-10:00am
Hall B5

Teams may be penalized if they are not checked in by 10:00am on the first day of the tournament, even if they play in the afternoon.

No teams will be checked in after 10:00am on the first day of play.

Player & Staff Wristbands: At Team Check In, the Team Representative is issued wristbands for each player on the roster up to 15 and each staff member up to 3 (can be coaches, chaperones, team representatives, managers, etc. or any combination of staff positions but no more than 3). These wristbands are included as part of the team registration fee - there is no extra charge for them.

Staff members listed on more than one roster receive only 1 wristband for the event.
All wristbands must be picked up at one time by the person checking in the team.

COACHES
REMEMBER to issue your players a wristband before you ask them to meet you inside the playing venue. Players who do not have a wristband will not be allowed into the playing facility.
