Loyalty Customer Rewards

More than anything else, teams and clubs tell us they want to be together in the same hotel. We have listened! We now have a Loyal Customer Rewards program. It is modeled after "frequent flyer" programs used by airlines. The more rooms a team books at an Approved Hotel*, the more privileges a team earns, such as early booking privileges for Gold and Platinum levels. By combining team and parent rooms together on one contract, every team can qualify.

Silver Reward Level
At most Approved Hotels*, for every 16 room nights booked through THS and utilized (one room for one night = one "room night"), the 16th room night is free. Teams can choose which room receives the credit prior to checkout; credits will be applied to the designated rooms at checkout.  No form needs to be filled out before making reservations through the normal process.  (See the websites and newsletters from the events to find out when they open hotel reservations.)

Gold Reward Level
Second priority pre-booking privileges for teams booking 36 room nights or more on one contract. Need to fill out a Loyalty Rewards Application form (See below for details on where and when to get the form). This reward level will help teams that want all parents and players to be booked in the same hotel. Rooms may be used by anyone affiliated with the team -- players, coaches, parents or friends.
 
Platinum Reward Level
First priority pre-booking privileges for teams booking 45 room nights or more on one contract. Need to fill out a Loyalty Rewards Application form (see below for details on where and when to get the form). This reward level also helps teams that want all parents and players to be booked in the same hotel. Rooms may be used by anyone affiliated with the team -- players, coaches, parents or friends. 
 
To be a part of the Gold or Platinum level Loyalty Customer Rewards program, you must fill out the form available online beginning Monday, November 5, 2012. All Loyalty Program forms need to be sent to THS no later than Thursday, November 8 at 5pm EST.
 
From Friday, November 9 through Wednesday, November 14, THS will process Platinum and Gold Reward Level Loyalty Customer Rewards applications according to the number of room nights requested and the date the form was submitted. THS will contact teams to confirm the reservation. Once a team's Loyalty application is approved, THS will issue a Loyalty Customer Rewards Contract (LCC) for each team along with a registration code and directions on how to complete the reservation for the tournament.
 
Due to hurricane Sandy and those affected by her, we are delaying the Loyalty Program process for Capitol Hill Classic. We know many of our CHC attendees are without power and are focused on recovery. We want to make sure the devastation left behind does not negatively affect anyone attending our event. Therefore, the Loyalty Program dates for Capitol Hill Classic are as follows. The application process will go live on November 9 and all applications must be turned in by November 13 at 3pm EST. THS will contact teams by November 14.
