What's New with Women United? 

 

The Steering Committee is meeting the first Thursday of every month and has been working with the Strategic Planning Committee to finalize a Strategic Plan and Investment Process for Women United.

 

The Power of the Purse Committee is meeting the second Monday of every month to plan for the 2013 Power of the Purse event.  The event has been moved to May 9, 2013 at Turnstone.  We could use your help!  Come join the PoP Committee or donate a purse!

 

We are excited for what 2013 has in store!  We invite returning members to rejoin Women United by making a donation to United Way.  Please view our new Women United Brochure on our website:

Power of the Purse

Turnstone, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

This fundraising event for early childhood initiatives includes live and silent auctions with fabulous purses, time for networking, and plenty of social time! Tickets cost $75 each. For more information, contact Kelly Wehman at 469-4009 or kellyw@uwacin.org.

We have cinda b totes for sale that were designed exclusively for the 2011 Power of the Purse event.  A variety of color combinations are still available!
