Money collected for the ticket sales will be forwarded to the REALTORS� Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Cost includes: Admission to the park, program and lunch.Parking not included in cost.

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS� or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by RPAC of New Jersey to support state and local political candidates. Until RPAC of New Jersey reaches its RPAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after RPAC of New Jersey reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.

NJR� QUARTER CENTURY CLUB APPLICATION

If you have been a member of NJR� for at least 25 years (need not be consecutive), you are eligible for the NJR� Quarter Century Club.

 

The requirements are as follows:

1. Membership open to current members of NJR� only, both REALTORS� and REALTOR-ASSOCIATES�.

2. NJR� membership for at least 25 years (need not be consecutive).  Those persons who have been in the real estate business but NOT members of NJR� for 25 years or more are NOT eligible.

3. Applicants will be requested to send applications to local association by September 14, 2015

4. Pin and certificate to be presented to recipient will be purchased from NJR� (paid by MCAR for MCAR members) and distributed by the local boards/associations.

5. Burden of proof of membership in NJR� is the responsibility of the applicant.

REALTOR� ETHICS TRAINING VS. NJREC CONTINUING EDUCATION
You can complete the REALTOR� Ethics Training for Cycle 4 (2013-2016) by the deadline of 12/31/2016 as required by the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS� (MCAR) several ways.
