RELIEF FOR REALTORS
The REALTORS� Relief Foundation Application is now available and being accepted. *This is a REALTOR� Only Program-Do Not Distribute to Non-REALTORS�.
In an effort to provide members with assistance when possible, the REALTOR�Relief Foundation (RRF) in conjunction with NJAR� will provide support towards one of the following two options:
1. Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by Hurricane Sandy
2. Cost of temporary shelter due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the storms.
Relief Assistance is limited, up to $1,500 per applicant and the deadline for application submissions is December 31, 2012. *This is a REALTOR� only program at this time-Do not distribute to non-REALTORS�.* Please review the application for information regarding, types of assistance, eligibility, confidentiality and disbursement of funds. NJAR� Circle of Excellence Sales Award Application
The deadline to submit the application and documentation is 5pm on Friday, January 4, 2013. No exceptions.
To apply for the 2012 NJAR� Circle of Excellence Sales Award�, you can access the online fillable application which will calculate for you as you fill it out by visiting www.njarforms.com. Students must SIGN IN and provide a photo ID. Students must also SIGN OUT at the conclusion of the class to receive CE Credit. Anyone who misses 15 minutes or more of the class will not receive CE credit

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) IS A REQUIREMENT BY THE New Jersey Real Estate Commission (REC) for real estate licensees in New Jersey. Licensees are reminded that to be eligible to renew their license for the 2013-15 license term they will need to have acquired a total of 12 credit-hours of continuing education, including at least six in Core topics, of which at least two must be in ethics. The required credits must be obtained no later than June 30, 2013. However, to avoid an additional $200 processing fee the required credits must be obtained by April 30, 2013.
