I believe there is no one-size-fits-all remedy. Each person is unique to their own journey. As someone who is super sensitive, I start with my homeopathic and alternative doctors and healers. Preventive is best, especially if you have a Dog or Dragon in your chart. I learned recently that without good solid sleep (at least 7 hours of deep sleep) your body can't heal and recharge. Sleeping soundly has always been a challenge for me so I take a few natural remedies from my doctor to quiet my brain, I also try to read after Kimmel or Fallon before sleeping and I love my "earthing" blanket - www.earthing.com. The concept is to soak in energy from the earth and since I can't step outside and put my feet in the ground, this works.

DoTerra oils have many properties both physical and emotional. I rub Vetiver and Lavender on the bottom of my feet before bed (put socks on if you don't want oil all over the place.) By my bed I place a selenite crystal (most healing crystal), black tourmaline (clears negativity and EMFs) and angelite (for good dreams.) For healing I like lepidolite (lithium of the crystal kingdom), prehnite epidote (stone of dreaming and increases everything) and smokey quartz (restful sleep.) And you should always have a Health & Healing magical candle around for physical and emotional healing. It is the only candle that you can light for someone else. 

People who work really hard to make money tend to be the most stressed and rundown. Energetically, the element of wealth in a BaZi chart weakens the self element (you) and that's why smart businessmen throughout Asia (and my clients in the US) work with their BaZi information to work smarter and not harder. Your home and office must be healthy too. That is why good Feng Shui is important.
