What gets your mojo back?
October 2014
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sometimes we need to get our "mojo" back and last week I headed to NYC to find mine. My teacher Joey Yap came in from Asia for his yearly talk so I used this opportunity to plug into the city and recharge. While I was there I did Space Cleansing on a client's new apartment and sent a lingering spirit into the light (well, she might have come home with me) as well as a Feng Shui Audit for another client on a $43 million dollar listing he is looking to buy. As you can imagine it was quite a spectacular listing so what do I look for when a client is House Hunting? My check-list includes but is not limited to:
  • Does the house match my client - meaning East or West Gua person and/or East or West house?
  • Does the front door attract positive Qi - what direction is the Qi entering and is it a good direction for the house as well as my client. Ideally, you want both.
  • Does the house support my client's health and relationships - look for Sha or negative Qi and missing sectors.
  • Will the house support and hold in their wealth and success?
  • Check for missing sectors (meaning L-shaped or strange configurations) because they affect family members and health issues.
  • Is there a strong YIN element to the listing? Meaning, does it attract paranormal energies (can always be cleared out later) because who wants to live in a creepy house?
If you are House Hunting or if you are a Realtor helping your client find their dream home, I highly suggest adding a Feng Shui House Hunting Audit because it will make you look like a super star when your client is happy, healthy & prosperous in the new house you sold them.
ARE YOU READY FOR 2015?
Joey Yap with Anita in NYC
Every year you hear me talk about forecasting the New Year. What does it mean and why should you care?
A teaser for the Year of the Yi Wei or Wood Goat (begins Feb.5, 2015) includes Wood, Water and Metal being the good elements you want in your chart. If  you have all 3 you will have a terrific year. Water in your chart shows as having a lot of opportunities in 2015. Wood is the dominant element and those in wood industries will be booming - academics, fashion, healthcare and developers. Metal is banking and finance so interest rates will increase and metal people can strike some good deals.
Always great to see my teacher Joey Yap and hear his update. He also shared a hot new topic called QI MEN DUN JIA (it's actually older than Feng Shui).
Qi Men is a mystical practice of the elite metaphysical arts. It places you at the right time and place and we learned to access "Sage Mode" which was super powerful. I will be adding this to my annual talk. Stay posted, date and place TBD.
