	Information Session, Q/A Potential OPUSD Bond Measure

	Monday, May 9th, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Medea Creek Middle School Faculty Lounge Parents and community members are invited to an information session and Q/A about a potential school bond measure that may be placed on the November ballot by the school board. Your input and feedback are desired!

	Intramural Softball

	Medea Creek Boys and Girls Softball at Lindero Canyon Middle School on Thursday May 12 at 3pm. Come and show your support for our panthers. This is the last intramural game of the year.

	*Culmination Photos* 8th grade Culmination photograph packets: Any photographs that you are NOT purchasing must be returned to the Student Window this week. *Reserved Culmination Seats* Secure a premium parking spot and 4 reserved seats on the field for Culmination on May 25, 2016!!! 	Notice From the MCMS Library

	The MCMS library will be closed to students after Friday, May 16. Please make other plans for those students who have been arriving at school early and using the library before class in the morning or staying after dismissal in the afternoon. The last day of Homework Club and WEB Tutoring is Thursday, May 12th. Library books that have been checked out should be returned to the library by their final due date, May 16, 2016. Teachers will bring students to the library at assigned times to return their textbooks. Please remember that students and parents are financially responsible for all books that have been lost, damaged, or destroyed. All library obligations, including overdue and damaged or lost book fines, must be paid before the end of the school year in order to receive culmination certificates, and class schedules at registration in August. Please feel free to contact Mrs. Paniz in the library if you have any questions. Thank you!

	Camp Medea Creek 2016

	2016-2017 Registration Volunteers Needed

	We can't run our annual registration event without the help of over 160 volunteers! We need many slots filled! Please take a look at the Sign Up Genius and pick a slot, or two! Remember, you may register your child, the day that you work. MCMS Registration dates are August 4,5 and 8. First Day of school is August 9, 2016. Open House - Thank You

Thank you to Ginger Perini, Denise Helfstein and the volunteer crew for organizing such a wonderful Open House! The MCMS Trivia Contest was fun, raffle prizes were great and the food was delicious. Thanks to the Band and Choir for performing. It helped add to the festive feeling of the evening and special thank you to our amazing Teachers and Staff for teaching us how to "Whip and Nae Nae"
