New Crossing Guard at Doubletree/Deerhill
| |
There will be a new crossing guard at the intersection of Deerhill and Doubletree Rd beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 8. We are hopeful that this will be a help to ensure more safety in students coming to and from MCMS. Pedestrians as well as drivers are reminded that they must obey the directions of the crossing guards. Safety of students is essential. Unfortunately, there are still daily instances of parents and students engaging in extremely dangerous actions; crossing streets through traffic, exiting cars into traffic, driving with cell phones, and even parents going into the street to stop traffic. PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY! In addition, parents are reminded to not drop off or pick up students in the private residential streets. In particular, no drop off/pick up on THISTLEGATE RD.

| |
Pick up Date: Wednesday September 9, 2015
Time: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Place: Teacher's Lounge Side Door
We are NOT distributing Spirit Wear during your child's lunch due to the fact that there are over 200 students who have placed orders for pick up. Students can pick up their order either before or after school, but please be prepared for long lines. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Stephanie Boggs at: stephboggs821@gmail.com
