ARGI TURNS 20!
Twenty
To celebrate our 20th anniversary, let's take a look back to 1995 - and the most observed comet of the 20th century, the Hale-Bopp comet.  

It was discovered on July 23rd, 1995 by 2 different people in two different states!  Alan Hale was in New Mexico and Thomas Bopp was in Arizona at the time.  It stayed visible to the naked eye for around 18 months, and approached closest to the Earth on March 22, 1997.

At just 13 years old, this amazing kid has accomplished things many of us wouldn't even hope to achieve.  For starters, he was able to raise $62,800 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - the most ever raised by an individual candidate, leading to a record year of total donations of $326,000!
