Recipe for Silence

a. find quietest room in house

b. ask family to please not interrupt you

c. light candle

d. sit in cross ankle pose (sukkhasana)

e. read something inspirational

f. practice yogic breathing for 5 minutes

g. meditate for one hour (it's o.k. to set your timer)

h. connect with the Divine

i. do absolutely nothing, the Divine does the rest.
