You will also learn how to cultivate needs at a much deeper level based on research from 34,000 sales calls. You will stand-out from your competitors. How to develop a need from implied to explicit. Discover questioning techniques to have clients tell you the benefits of your solution. We'll also add some techniques on building rapport.

Beaver Brook Annual Fall Festival & Nature Art Show

Artwork by dozens of regional artists will be on display September 26th and 27th from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm at Maple Hill Farm, 117 Ridge Road, Hollis. The featured artist this year is Denise Rainis of Dunstable, MA.
The Fall Festival is the signature annual event of Beaver Brook Association and as well as the fabulous display of Artwork, there will be activities of interest for all age groups. Ongoing activities include a silent auction and raffle table filled with wonderful prizes. The Maple Hill Gardeners sell original arrangements and wreaths made from the dried harvest of their gardens. There are nature crafts for children, animal presentations from Wingmasters and Eyes on Owls and Wild Encounters, live music, a petting zoo, bee keeping demonstration, and maple sugaring demonstration. The day is packed with fun things for everyone and also includes garden tours and guided hikes.
