Presents: Business Connection Series "Exit Strategies," Wednesday, Sept. 23, 9AM - 1 PM at the Red River Theater, 11 South Main Street, Concord. Free and incl. lunch. Preregistration required.

This business to business lunch isn't about owners that want to sell their business, but it is about owners that want to know what areas of their organization needs to be improved upon and developed in order to grow the value of their business.

Most business owners start their business for the freedom that comes with running their own company: freedom to earn, to do business with whom they want, when they want and from wherever they want. The challenge for many business owners is that the dream remains elusive. In fact, many business owners even feel trapped in their business because they are the sole expert on every aspect of the company.

A planned exit strategy will help reduce owner dependency and prepare others to successfully run the company into the future.

This workshop will cover:
* Increasing the value of your business
* Exit strategy options
* Selecting and transitioning future leadership
* Financing your succession
* The tax and legal implications to consider
