Offered by two seasoned health care professionals: Ruth Clark, RD, MPH, Functional Nutrition Expert and Lois Herman, Certified Hypnotist, Mind-Body Medicine Expert. Our goal is to empower you to make better choices for your life to help you look and feel ten years younger.
In this program, you will learn ways to:

Bridges is looking for table captains
to fill tables of ten for the Milford Bridges to Hope Fundraiser which will be held on Wednesday, May 20th from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Mile Away Restaurant in Milford. The event is completely free to table captains and their guests including free appetizers and a cash bar. The event is very informative and moving illuminating clients and the work Bridges provides to those in need in our community.
