Veteran's Benefit Auction

Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner in the Chaplain Emergency Relief Fund - NH National Guard for our 7th Annual Benefit Auction. The proceeds of the Auction go to both organizations and fund their efforts for their constituencies. Funds assist military families with emergency financial needs.  It's a terrific night out with fantastic items and helps those who have given their service to our country.

Customer Experience - Crucial To Success

According to Zengage, the Zendesk blog, 85% of customers are willing to pay up to 25% more for a product or service if they feel they are receiving exemplary customer service and 55% will recommend a business to others. However, the flip side shows that 79% of customers will tell their friends and associates about bad customer service and 66% of those will actively discourage their friends from frequenting the business. Ouch.
