MANDATORY TRAINING for Innovations Providers delivering Residential Supports, Day Supports, Supported Employment or Adult Day Health services

The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will be rolling out the Home and Community Based Standards (HCBS) Statewide Self-Assessment to all Innovations providers who provide Residential Supports, Day Supports, Supported Employment or Adult Day Health services.

Prior to conducting self-assessments, Innovations providers in the Partners Provider Network are required to attend one of two mandatory trainings.

Please mark your calendars and register using the links below.

We are requesting executive level staff (no more than 3) from each applicable Innovations provider to attend. Partners recommends the Executive, Clinical and Quality Management Directors from all Innovations providers attend.

Division and/or DMA staff will be assisting with the Partners HCBS Trainings.
