LIFE WITHOUT LIMITS E-NEWS
A monthly update from UCP Central PA

Memorial Day
Capital Home Care
In honor of Memorial Day, we'd like to give a huge shout out to all who have served our country in some branch of the armed forces, including aging Veterans like "Dutch" Walters.

Kitty and Dutch Walters began receiving services through UCP's Capital Home Care when Kitty was referred to us through the Aging Office-Options Program. They were among the first consumers to begin receiving services through Veteran's Home Care, and they are happy to have the opportunity to tell others about it...

"We really appreciate the help from UCP Capital Home Care; we are very thankful to them for letting us know about the Veterans Home Care. This program gives you the advantage to stay in your own home and not be in a nursing home, so we can be closer to our families and are able to make our own decisions. We would not have known the help was out there if it was not for Capital Home Care; for that we are grateful! Our attendant Judy goes above and beyond what is needed and is like family to us!"
