A hybrid practice of gentle strengthening postures, simple flowing sequences, therapeutic alignment of the body with a long and deep relaxation through yoga nidra with other mindfulness techniques woven into the practice. Ideal for those needing or preferring a gentle approach to yoga, those with health or mobility constraints or if you feel like you would like to build up to joining a standard class over time. With an emphasis on mindfulness and an open forum for questions, this course will provide you with a safe space to get to know yoga. Ideal for those with chronic health conditions.

 Knowing Your Heart

Within yoga practice we focus on the heart, heart opening, listening to the heart, finding what truly lies in your heart.
 But how much do you know about the heart? It is a truly awesome thing and does so much more than conduct blood around the body. Come and learn more about the heart, the anatomy, embryology and some of the amazing facts about its function, also this workshop will help your understanding of prana and energy flow around the body.

Structural Rebalancing with Yoga Alignment

Rebuild your posture from the ground up with this series of monthly workshops.
Bringing deep awareness to each area in turn steadily leads to an improved posture, concentration and performance.
These classes are suitable for all levels and will help if you have long term or recurring issues with a particular areas including the following:
Knees: knock knees, bowlegged, hyperextension, ligament damage, inhibited knee-tracking, knee pain
Hips: tight hips, lumbar spine issues, finding anatomical "neutral" pelvis and releasing tension and strengthening slackness to maintain neutral

 Evoke the Power of Ganesha Saturday 18th May & Sunday 19th May CANCELLED Todd has been granted a long awaited audience with the Dali Lama on this weekend and so has asked to postpone his visit until the autumn.
All those who have booked already will be refunded in full and Claire will be offering a full workshop on the Sunday - content TBC in a special newsletter coming soon.
