Name Change Vote Results
The results of the recent ballot to change the name of our SIS to Private Law Librarians & Information Professionals was successful with 270 (78.72%) voting to accept the change and 73 (21.28%) voting against the change. The next step is to amend the PLL Bylaws. |
Bylaws Amendments
The Bylaws need to be amended to conform to the current AALL Bylaws and to accept the name change. This will occur in two separate ballot questions, one approving the conforming amendments and one approving the changes to the SIS name in the Bylaws.

You will receive a ballot with these two questions on May 13, 2015. Be sure to look for it in your email and to exercise your right to vote.
