Edith (Eydie) Flores, Management Analyst at the PACER Service Center in the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, will speak about the transition from legacy PACER to NextGen and will take your questions about the process including setting up PACER Administrative Accounts, billing, individual accounts, and more.

Edith (Eydie) Flores is a Management Analyst at the PACER Service Center in the Administrative Office of the United States Courts where she also serves as court liaison and primary POC for firm billing. Eydie has 23 years of federal government service that began in the Department of Housing and Urban Development and continued with the Department of Defense. She has worked in the Federal Judiciary for 19 years. Eydie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in psychology in 1991.
