May, 2014
Triathletes and cyclists know the fondness we develop for our bikes. Over many miles, they become an extension, nearly a partner, and we often name them. My new Navy- inspired Trek Speed Concept is in need of the perfect name. If you have an idea, post it on my Facebook page. The winner will be handsomely rewarded. See details below in the this newsletter.

Speaking of winning...that is always a lot of fun. It was a great feeling to cross the finish line first at Ironman 70.3 St. Croix ahead of some fierce competitors. I also enjoyed the competitive short-course race at St. Anthony's where the top five men came in within just over a minute of one another. Up next for me is IM 70.3 Eagleman.

Stay humble, stay hungry!
